I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room, even though it was right next to the pool, was very dirty and needed some improvement, although it was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a short rest in between flights. The service was a bit hit-or-miss as some staff members were extremely helpful while others seemed indifferent. The location was convenient for my transit stay close to the airport with a free shuttle, but a bit annoying to reach the room. The dining options were good but seemed overpriced for the quality, especially considering the issue with a musty smell in the room. The facilities were decent but could use some updates to match the asking price.

The hotel is located right beside a very busy freeway, offering simple and very old rooms. Despite being dated and in need of renovation, the rooms are exceptionally clean. The air conditioning can be very loud, affecting the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from the airport, making it a perfect choice to start or end a Hawaii vacation. The rooms were spacious and could easily accommodate three adults and a toddler, featuring comfortable beds. The service was exceptional, with special thanks to our housekeeper Mila and the front desk staff for creating a clean and friendly atmosphere. The dining options were varied, from in-house mini shops to quick buffets, catering to different preferences. The location, service, and facilities truly make this hotel a great value for money choice.
